How it works:

​

A 6 week programme of consulting and high level self guided templates designed to ensure that you build a full marketing strategy and channel plan to start supporting business growth.

 

Week 1: Marketing strategy fundamentals and the customer

  • 1 x call on why a defined audience is important and how to build your ICP

  • Task: Build out your ICP (with template)

  • Task: Fill out a pain points and proof matrix template

  • Written feedback on documents

 

Week 2: Competitive landscape research

  • 1 x call on what’s included in competitive research and how to use it

  • Task: Build out a competitive research template and find out how your customers market themselves

  • 1 x call with feedback and next steps on applying customer research

 

Week 3: Messaging building blocks

  • 1 x messaging and brand strategy workshop (online via Meets/Teams)

  • Document with personality and tone of voice guidance sent

  • Task: Build your own company story with template

  • Feedback on company story

 

Week 4: Messaging framework

  • 1 x call on how to build out a messaging framework

  • Task: fill in the messaging framework template with your company’s messaging structure

  • Optional extra call if required

  • Feedback on messaging framework

 

Week 5: Marketing plan

  • 1 x workshop on what to include in a marketing plan and how to focus on channels that convert

  • Task: fill out marketing plan template 

  • Feedback on plan

  • 1 x call to discuss budget and KPI creation

  • Optional templates for budget and KPIs

 

Week 6: Marketing resource mapping and recommendations 

  • 1 x call to discuss progress, planning out resource and next steps

  • Task: map out marketing resource required

  • Feedback on marketing structure

  • 1 x final call to tie up project

 

Follow up: 2 x call included when you want them to check on progress
